Definitely other wrong, simply bought car second hand slightly over a month. Just one an essential pad functions (just discovered).
Odd point is that there is no deactivating button. And also car to be unlocked v a crucial so the alarm need to not go off. Will have to send to km to reprogramme or else have to install a new system.
