During the lines hey day of operations,
the Portsmouth Branch had a very solid traffic base. While ore trains
for the mills at Portsmouth may have been the most dramatic traffic
moves, it is the base of on-line customers that provided a good source
of revenue for the Baltimore and Ohio. The following are scans of B&O Official List #30...known as the Form 6, this book details quite literally, mile by mile of the branch. This particular Form 6 was issued on January 1, 1954 |
